Pet Portraits

 
 

I can portray your pet on art glass using special glass paints, or you can choose to have your pet painted in traditional watercolors. Prices start at $100 with your supplied photo.

One half of the fee is due before I begin the project; the balance on completion. Please email me at vicky@phluffwerks.com with any questions, or if you would like me to create something special for you.

My client had two German Shepherds that her husband loved. For a Christmas gift, I created two portraits painted on art glass and framed in coordinating stained glass depicting the distinctively different personalities of the dogs.

Rob's favorite Lab was a tough one to photograph but I managed to portray his lovable nature on art glass. Rob liked it so much he had me paint a second portrait of his son's lab. See below.

A memorial watercolor portrait of my neighbor's cat. Cleo was the the adventure cat in this action watercolor, a thank you gift for a blissful vacation.

My client's wife loved her retired race horse and had always wanted a painting of him. With a few good photos, I created a portrait for her birthday. I even framed the work for him! The unframed painting is 14X16 and fit nicely into a 16X20 frame.

This client wanted a painting of her kitten but didn't want a typical "face into the camera" portrait. I captured this "kitten moment" in watercolor and won a first prize for the painting at a local show.

the ruler of the stable. This was a
group Christmas gift commissioned
by a riding group for their trainer.
A very special 50th birthday gift was created for a client's mom. Here she is in her backyard surrounded by her beloved dogs past and present. This watercolor used many old photos as
reference.
